I’ve been taking my pets there for 10 years. The staff is always kind, friendly, and professional. The doctors are friendly and great with animals. They are accommodating to emergency situations and their prices are reasonable. They are fair and honest.

They took great care of my Lily Belle when she was ill. My regular vet had no availability. I was so pleased with our experience that I decided to change LB’s vet to Chartiers Animal Hospital. The entire staff was friendly and professional.

Reasonably priced and kind staff. We went here through Covid so scheduling and waiting in the car while your pet is treated was a bit strange, but they did well in navigating those strange times. The experience was obviously much better before Covid. If we hadn’t moved I would still take my pet here.

This office is the best! Dr. Lasota and Dr. Mendenhall are absolutely fantastic, the office staff is responsive, and they treat me and my cat with respect and kindness. Obviously, it isn’t Jack’s favorite place to be, but they do a great job of getting us in and out and making the visit as stress-free as possible for him.

I absolutely love this place. They are always so kind, helpful, and patient, and they don’t push any testing on you and don’t make you feel guilty if you decline. They also let you know how much any testing will be. I’d love to have whatever testing, blood work, X-rays, etc. be done but I simply can’t afford extras at this time. I highly recommend this place!!!

My dog Charlie was very sick and I was able to get an emergency appointment with the vet. Although we weren’t previous customers, they treated him as an old friend, with love and compassion. The doctor called to follow up on his condition and seemed truly concerned. I would highly recommend this business.

Amazing! The staff is so great! Tobias had his first visit there and they took great care of him. I also took my cat Rosie there she was in very bad shape. I honestly didn’t think she would survive, but the love and care they put into her brought her back to good health, and she’s here today because of the great doctors! We won’t take our pets anywhere else!

I needed what I felt was an urgent visit for a sick cat (Tiger) just before a holiday weekend. They responded kindly and had my pet in for exams, labs, treatment, etc. Also, the doctor called me the following day to follow up on Tiger’s labs and check his condition. Very pleased with the service.

Hands down the best vet in the area. They’ve always made time to see our dog, even when everyone else is booked two weeks out. The entire staff is very caring and concerned with our dog’s well-being. I can’t recommend this place enough as they’ve saved me twice from awful Banfield appointments. The vets and techs are quick to drop to the floor to talk with my dog and be comforting, which is an amazing quality. It’s pretty clear they love animals here.
